About Permit Lead Feed

Permit Lead Feed helps Phoenix-area contractors find work before their competitors do. Every weekday, the city issues building permits for new pools, fences, landscaping and remodels. Those records are public, but digging through them takes hours most contractors don't have.

We do that research for you. We read permit descriptions, match each project to your trade, and send you the ones worth a closer look, with the address (or a mapped parcel location when the city record leaves it out), project scope, issue date and a link to the official city record. You decide which ones to follow up on.

We're based in Scottsdale and started in Phoenix because it's our home market. We serve five trades today: fencing, landscaping, pools, gutters, and blinds and shutters. To keep the leads valuable, Premium is limited to 20 businesses per trade in each market.

Founded by Craig Conover, who has run and supported home-service businesses in the Valley and built Permit Lead Feed to give local contractors a fair, simple way to find new projects.
