THE RECORD IS PUBLIC. THE RESEARCH TAKES TIME.
Find projects for your trade without searching city records
The City of Phoenix issues building permits every weekday, and every one of them is public. The hard part is reading thousands of permit descriptions to find the few that matter to your business. We do that reading for you. Our rules check each permit’s project description and flag the projects that may need your trade, with a short reason you can check for yourself.
You decide which projects to follow up on. A permit tells you that a project is planned or underway. It does not tell you that the owner is hiring or that the work is still available, so treat each record as a starting point for your own research.
Phoenix permit matches by trade
| Trade | Matches in 30 days | Average per calendar day | Days with matches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fencing | 286 | 9.5 | 23 of 30 |
| Landscaping | 275 | 9.2 | 24 of 30 |
| Pools | 80 | 2.7 | 21 of 30 |
| Gutters | 288 | 9.6 | 25 of 30 |
| Blinds & shutters | 169 | 5.6 | 22 of 30 |
Averages include days with zero matches. One permit may match several trades, so the trade counts should not be added together. These counts use issue dates from the two city feeds and do not guarantee daily updates, every city permit, available work, or future counts. See our sources and method.

For contractors anywhere in the Valley
Your office doesn’t need a Phoenix address. Businesses based in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Paradise Valley and across the Valley can sign up if they work in the City of Phoenix. Every permit in the feed is issued by the City of Phoenix. We will add other cities only when their permit data is part of the service.
Permits on your schedule
| Plan | Price | Delivery | Permit age | Businesses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free Weekly | $0 | Weekly | Permits at least 30 days old | Unlimited businesses |
| Delayed Daily | $20/month or $200/year | Daily | Permits at least 14 days old | Unlimited businesses |
| Premium Daily | $99/month or $990/year | Daily | Fresh permits, same-day access | Shares 20 spots per trade |
| Premium Hourly | $199/month or $1,990/year | On the hour, 24/7 | Newly available permits | Shares 20 spots per trade |
Every plan covers one trade. Premium Daily and Premium Hourly share one group of 20 businesses per trade, and permits less than 14 days old go to that group first. Delayed Daily receives permits at least 14 days old; Free Weekly receives permits at least 30 days old. Permit age follows the city’s issue date. Why only 20 businesses per trade?
Phoenix permit feed questions
Which city’s permits are in the feed?
Only the City of Phoenix. Every permit comes from two official City of Phoenix GIS feeds. Permits issued by Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria or Maricopa County are not included yet.
Can my business be based outside Phoenix?
Yes. Businesses in Scottsdale, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria and the rest of the Valley can sign up if they work in Phoenix. Every permit in this service is issued by the City of Phoenix.
Will I receive the same number of permits every day?
No. The city publishes records at varying times, and project volume differs by trade. Daily plans send once a day; Premium Hourly checks and sends on the hour, 24 hours a day, only when there are new matches. No empty emails or fixed permit quota.
Are these leads or permits?
They are public permit records with an explanation of why each project may need your trade. We do not promise homeowner contact information, interest in hiring, an unassigned job, or a guaranteed sale.
Do the $99 and $199 plans each get 20 spots?
No. The $99 Daily and $199 Hourly plans share one pool of 20 businesses per trade, per market. Upgrading to Hourly uses your existing spot. Permits less than 14 days old are reserved for this premium group within our service; this is not exclusive access for one business. City records remain public.
My trade isn’t listed. Can you add it?
Tell us your trade and which projects you want to find using the contact form on the home page, or email info@permitleadfeed.com. Phoenix currently covers fencing, landscaping, pools, gutters, and blinds and shutters.
