One premium group of 20 businesses per trade, per market. The $99 Premium Daily and $199 Premium Hourly plans share those 20 spots. Both get new permits during the 14-day premium head start. The $20 Delayed Daily and Free Weekly plans have no business limit. City records remain public.
We checked two official Phoenix GIS feeds for a full 30-day period. We match trades based on project descriptions.
New records when the city makes them available. The service delivers according to your plan after activation: daily, on the hour 24/7, daily after 14 days, or weekly after 30 days. The number of matches and the city’s update times vary. We skip empty emails.

20 premium businesses per trade across both plans. The $99 Daily and $199 Hourly plans share one pool of 20 businesses per trade, per market. Upgrading to Hourly uses your existing spot. Permits less than 14 days old are reserved for this premium group within our service; this is not exclusive access for one business. City records remain public. Why only 20 businesses per trade?

Annual prepaid plans cost $200 for Delayed Daily, $990 for Premium Daily, or $1,990 for Premium Hourly, per business and trade in the City of Phoenix market, charged in full at signup and at each annual renewal. They renew automatically every 12 months until canceled. The first annual payment is non-refundable and is not covered by the monthly guarantee. You can cancel and get a full refund of an annual renewal charge by emailing info@permitleadfeed.com within 30 days after that renewal; access ends when the refund is processed. After that window, canceling stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid year, with no full or prorated refund. We email a renewal reminder 30 to 40 days before each annual renewal with the date, amount, and how to cancel. If we miss that reminder, you get 60 days after the renewal to cancel for a full refund.
Hourly is an upgrade in delivery frequency, not an additional premium spot. Premium members in the same trade may receive the same permits. Permit age follows the city’s issue date; our service cannot deliver records before the city makes them available. Empty emails are skipped. Paid plans auto-renew at the selected monthly or annual frequency until canceled.
Monthly plans only; annual plans are excluded. If you have not closed a lead from your permit feed, you can cancel and get a full refund of your first monthly payment. Email info@permitleadfeed.com asking for both cancellation and a refund by 11:59 p.m. America/Phoenix on the 30th day after your first payment; your confirmation email shows the deadline. No proof is required. Canceling renewal alone does not request a refund. You don't need to cancel online first; a guarantee refund ends your subscription. A plan change does not restart the 30-day window. We start the full refund, including tax and without processing deductions, within a reasonable time, typically within 10 business days.
A guarantee cancellation ends access and releases any premium place when we receive it. Your business then cannot sign up for any plan for three calendar months, including through another email or representative. We do not hold your place; all 20 premium places may be taken when you return. This lockout applies only to guarantee cancellations, not to ordinary cancellation or other refunds.
Paid plans start when you complete checkout. Free sample and Free Weekly requests never ask for payment details. The 10-permit historical sample is separate from the ongoing Free Weekly plan.

Answers about permits, plans, and delivery.
They are public permit records with an explanation of why each project may need your trade. We do not promise homeowner contact information, interest in hiring, an unassigned job, or a guaranteed sale.
The launch sample set was issued August 17–September 2, 2026, about 60 days before launch. Every card shows the exact issue date and its current age. The sample always uses these older records.
Yes. Scottsdale, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, and other Valley businesses can sign up if they work in Phoenix. Every permit in this service is issued by the City of Phoenix.
No. The city publishes records at varying times, and project volume differs by trade. Daily plans send once a day; Premium Hourly checks and sends on the hour, 24 hours a day, only when there are new matches. No empty emails or fixed permit quota.
We believe 20 balances the amount of permit activity with a limited group of businesses pursuing it. A smaller group can leave more projects than a few teams could reasonably take on; an unlimited group would dilute the value of early access. Read why we limit premium membership.

To join and remain on the premium waitlist, your business must keep an active, paid Delayed Daily plan ($20/month or $200/year prepaid) for the same trade and market. Free Weekly and unpaid sign-ups do not qualify. When a premium place opens, we check the next business's subscription; if its Delayed Daily plan is not active, we skip it and consider the next eligible business. A waitlist place does not reserve or guarantee a premium place. If you are offered a place, you choose whether to upgrade at checkout; nothing is charged unless you accept the new price there. See how the premium waitlist works.
You move from one email a day to delivery on the hour, every hour, 24/7, when new matching permits are available. You remain in the same premium group and keep the same spot. The upgrade does not create a second group of 20 businesses.
Delayed Daily costs $20/month or $200/year prepaid and delivers permits at least 14 days old each day. Free Weekly delivers permits at least 30 days old each week. Both accept unlimited businesses per trade. These are ongoing feeds, separate from the 10-permit historical sample.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plans are charged every month on the same day as your first payment; annual plans are charged every 12 months. Each renewal is charged at the plan price then in effect, plus tax, to your payment method on file. Cancel any time online at My account > Subscription (https://permitleadfeed.com/account/subscription), signed in with your checkout email, with no call or retention step. This is the only way to cancel. If you can't sign in after resetting your password, or the Subscription page isn't working, email info@permitleadfeed.com and we'll help you cancel; if we receive your email before your renewal date, your cancellation counts from the date you emailed. Cancellation stops the next renewal, has no fee or notice period, and your access continues through the period you already paid for. Partial months are not refunded except under the guarantee, billing-error correction, our breach, or law. We send an email confirming your cancellation, typically promptly; your cancellation counts when you submit it, even if we confirm or process it later. Read Cancellation & refunds.
